For sale are seven large sized (53mm to 55mm diameter) button badges as listed below. From top left going clockwise:
1) GET ABOARD THE SHEFFIELD MAINLINE TODAY
British Rail promotional badge.
2) CHARLIE CHALK & FRIENDS AT BREWERS FAYRE (cartoon character)
The Charlie Chalk Fun Factories at Brewers Fayre's premises were first opened in 1994 and phased out from 1999, after the Brewers Farye chain was sold. Charlie Chalk was then replaced by Brewster the Bear as the chain mascot. These promotional badges were on sale at the Brewer's Fayre restaurants for 15p each.
3) GEC McMICHAEL (1980's)
GEC McMichael was a British electronics established in 1913 by Leslie McMichael. Initially specialising in radio electronics for both domestic and military customers they later branched out into TV sets and home video players. They became part of GEC (General Electriconic Company) in 1961 and part of the Alstom Group in 1989.
4) KB's THE NAME - AVIATION'S THE GAME
Now called KB's Flying School and located at Whyalla Airport in Southern Australia. The flying school was established and named after Kym Brougham.
5) BEAVERS - NATIONAL MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHY RADIO & TELEVISION.
A promotional badge issued for children visiting the National Museum of Photography, Radio & Television which is located in Bradford, West Yorkshire. The museum was established in 1983 and in 2006 changed its name to the National Media Museum.
6) COOL DUDE (Pritt Stick glue)
A promotional badge issued for Pritt Stick glue-sticks. This badge features Mr. Pritt, the company's marketing mascot.
7) CREATE WITH McZEE
"Create with McZee" was the marketing slogan released to promote Microsoft Kids new graphics and writing programs 'Fine Artist' and 'Creative Writer'. These software packages were released in 1994 and aimed for the children's market.
