For sale is an attractive but unidentified enamel badge. If anyone know which authority issued this badge and for what purpose, please do let me know. Thank you.

DESCRIPTION:
Size: 25/32" x 25/32" (20mm x 20mm).
Material(s): brass metal with 3 vitreous enamels.
Finish: chrome plated
Fitting: pin.
Imprint: none
Approximate age: about 1960's to about 1980's.

CONDITION:
Excellent condition. No damage. Pin in working order. The yellow staining on the white enamel may be a manufacturing blemish.
