The Östergötlands Idrottsförbund is the Östergötlands Sports Federation based in Linköping, southern Sweden. Östergötlands is a province of Sweden.

The obverse side of this medal shows the coat-of-arms of Östergötlands province with the manufacturer’s name along the 6 o/c position.
