The print bears the artist’s printed “W. H. Conn” signature within the image and is presented in a quality vintage frame.

Billy Conn was one of Northern Ireland’s best-known illustrators and graphic artists. A Belfast native, he worked as an illustrator, poster designer, and later as a staff artist for the Belfast Telegraph, while also exhibiting with the Ulster Arts Club and the Royal Hibernian Academy.

His work ranged from Irish rural landscapes and maritime scenes to cartoons and commercial illustration, making him an important figure in 20th-century Ulster art.
