WEIGHT WATCHERS (weight loss clubs) - a member's 'milestone' award badge with 2 diamonds (1980's or earlier)

For sale is an old WEIGHT WATCHERS milestone badge awarded to club members when set weight loss targets were achieved. There was a system of such badges once awarded and all show the old style WW Weight Watchers monogram logo and the number 10 ( for increments of 10 lbs?). The basic badge has no 'diamonds' right up to the badges with nine diamonds. Maybe each diamond represents an incremental weight loss of 10 lbs? This badge has two diamonds and if so, would have been awarded for a 30 lbs weight loss.

Weight Watchers International Inc was established in 1963 in New York and is an American based company with branches worldwide. In 2018 they were rebranded as WW International Inc.

Size: about 1 1/32" diameter (26mm).
Material(s): diecast metal alloy with 1 enamel paint and 2 inset 'diamonds' (cut rhinestones) .
Finish: gilt.
Fitting: rollbar pin..
Imprint: WEIGHT WATCHERS LP
Approximate age: 1980's or earlier.

CONDITION:
Excellent condition. No damage. Pin in good working order.
