Accounts & Business Advisory Services Senior

Develop your advisory career in a collaborative, tech-enabled team. We’re looking for an Accounts & Business Advisory Services Senior to support a varied client portfolio while delivering high-quality accounting and advisory solutions. You’ll begin taking ownership of your own portfolio, support junior colleagues, and help clients improve their finance function through technology, automation, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review complex management accounts for a varied client portfolio.
Prepare and review VAT, VIES, RTD, and Intrastat returns.
Support clients with accounting best practice, process improvements, automation, and AI-led solutions.
Begin taking ownership of your own portfolio with support from senior leadership.
Build strong client relationships through proactive communication and support.
Support and mentor junior team members.
Work both autonomously and collaboratively across the wider team.
Contribute towards utilisation, revenue, and profitability targets.
Maintain accurate timesheet narration and assist with the fee process.

Skills & Experience

ACA / ACCA / CA newly qualified (or equivalent).
Experience in a similar role within a practice environment.
Strong management accounts and client advisory experience.
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Experience using Xero, Dext, and Microsoft applications.
Interest in finance technology, automation, and AI-driven solutions.
