Pre-owned 1:43 scale model OSCA MT4, issue as part of the Mille Miglia Collection, being sold from my personal model collection.

* OSCA was established in Italy by the Maserati brothers in 1947, after they lost control of their original car company, Maserati. They produced small sports car up to mid-1960s. OSCA’s first model, the MT4, was developed for both Formula Two (F2) and sports car racing. After only minor success in F2, the Maserati brothers focused on sports car racing. The model offered here is a 2 door 2-seater Barchetta that competed in the around Italy Mille Miglia in 1956. Carrying race number 428, this OSCA, driven by Cabianca (I), won the 1500cc Sports Car Class. The car had the higher performance 1500TN DOHC engine. This had Twin Spark and was slightly larger at 1,491cc. This special engine developed 118 bhp at 6,300 rpm.
