For sale is a scarce official piece of World Cup 2006 memorbilia in the form of a glass tankard. This features the FIFA World Cup logo and two official labels including an "Official Licensed Product" holographic label. In excellent condition overall.

The 2006 FIFA World Cup was hosted by Germany and took place from the 9th June to 9th July 2006. 198 teams representing national football associations worldwide participated in the qualification process which began in September 2003 and 31 teams qualified to compete in the World Cup matches in 2006.

This is a heavy item weighing just under a kilo.

The official logo as seen on this tankard was designed by German company 'Whitestone' and was launched on 19th November 2002, in readiness for the 2006 World Cup event.

Finish: screen printed in 7 colours directly onto glass surface. Two 'official' self-adhesive labels.
