For sale is a vintage political membership badge of the NATIONAL LEAGUE OF YOUNG LIBERALS (NLYL). The NLYL established in 1903 was the youth wing of the British Liberal Party, it had been disbanded by the end of the 1980's. Today, the role of the NLYL continues on through the Young Liberals organisation.

This enamelled badge is domed shape and is of high quality manufacture.

Size: about 3/4" diameter (19mm).
Material(s): brass metal with 2 vitreous enamels.
Finish: gilt plated.
Fitting: buttonhole (horseshoe shaped clasp).
Imprint: ALDRED RODEN & SON LONDON
Approximate age: early 1920's to early 1930's.

CONDITION:
Good condition. No damage.
