Vintage Hamilton

For sale is my vintage 1970s Hamilton Selfwinding Automatic, powered by the reliable Hamilton Calibre 822 (17-jewel) automatic movement.

The watch features a classic 1970s stainless steel tonneau case and an original dial that has developed a beautiful mottled tropical patina over the years, giving it plenty of vintage character. It's fitted to a new green leather strap which suits the watch perfectly.

The watch is running well and has been checked on a timegrapher, showing approximately:

Overall good vintage condition. The case shows honest wear and light scratches consistent with age. The dial has developed a heavily aged tropical finish, which is entirely original and gives the watch a unique appearance. Please study the photographs as they form part of the description.
