For sale is a selection of vintage enamel badges relating to Motorcycle Speedway racing. Badges like these were originally sold to club supporters to raise funds for their respective teams. All these badges are finely-produced to a high quality and made using metal and enamels.

Motorcycle Speedway racing started in Britain during the 1920's and gained popularity nationwide and continues as an international racing sport. All speedway races are run on a standard oval course and use specialised motorcycles built for speed and to certain specifications. Unusual characteristics for speedway motorcycles incude having only one gear, no brakes and run on pure methanol, amongst other requirements.
